Flash floods hit Kulgam again 7/13/2015 12:25:17 AM Early Times Report Kulgam, July 12: At least 15 families were trapped in flood waters in south Kashmir's Kulgam district after flash floods led to an increase in the water level of Vaishaw Nallah on Sunday, officials and witnesses said. They said the families got trapped in the flood waters in Laisoo-Guddar village of Dumhal Hanjipora area of the district. "Flash floods damaged several houses in the area. Water level has increased in Jhelum river and other nallahs of the district following incessant rains since late last night," officials added.
