One held with 7 Kg Charas at Kishtwar 1/19/2016 11:37:06 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Jan 19: Kishtwar police today claimed to a have arrested one person along with 7 Kg of Charas from Giri Nagar area of Kishtwar District. While talking to "Early Times", SSP Kishtwar Sandeep Kumar Wazir said that during routine checking, SHO police Station Kishtwar Mohammad Afzal Wani laid a Nakka at village Giri Nagar situated on the outskirts of Kishtwar Town and intercepted one person identified as Puran Chand son of Kanth Ram Baghat resident of Balmandir Palmar who was carrying a bag while on its way to Kishtwar on foot, added that during his checking, police found that the bag was filled with Charas approx 7 Kg in weight.
