JAMMU, Jan 19: A deputation of ministerial staff drawn from various Health Institutions of Health Department Jammu Division led Sushil Sudan, President J&K Medical Employees Federation, Jammu Province, today met Director Health Services, Jammu Dr. Baljeet Pathania in order to discuss various problems faced by the clerical staff.
The issues highlighted during meeting were conduct of DPC at least twice a year, correction of seniority list of Senior Assistants for deputation to Secretariat Training course, posts of Section officer, Head Assistants be increased/created by rationalizing the existing strength, departmental training of Senior Assistants for promotion to Head Assistants, seniority should not be bypassed while deputing the Senior Assistant for Secretariat Training Course, deputation of Jr. Assistant for foundation training course as per seniority set by SSRB as also the promotion of Jr. Assistant to Sr. Assistant s as per merit list of SSRB, personal files of Non-Gazetted employees be prepared at par with Gazetted employees in Health Department.
The Director, Health gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by the Federation and assured for early solution to all the legitimate demands of the clerical staff. Prominent among others who accompanied the deputation were Vinod Kumar Sharma, Secretary General, JKMEF, Mohd. Saleem Khan, President Clerical Staff, health Department, Surinder Bakshi, Sr. Vice President, Sandeep Wadhera , Vice President, Vishal Sharma, General Secretary and others. |
