Saini assumes charge as Principal Sant Rocha Singh Degree College 1/20/2016 12:43:51 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 19 : The management of Sant Rocha Singh Degree College in a meeting held under the patronship of His Holiness Mahant Manjit Singh Ji of Dera Nangali Sahib Poonch appointed Prof Vinod Saini as Principal of the college. The meeting also elevated the former Principal of the college Prof Nater Singh to the post of Chairman while Prof H.K Kapoor has been appointed as the Director of the college.
