Brij Mehra appointed as President ABKM 3/2/2016 11:08:39 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 2: Central Head Quarter Akhil Bhartiya Kashyap Mahasangh New Delhi has appointed Brij Mehra, the Vetran Social Activist and a Senior Personality of Kashyap Rajput Biradari, as J&K State President of Akhil Bhartiya Kashyap Mahasangh (ABKM).
