jammu, Mar 2: In order to carry out various works to be carried out by M/s IRCON International Ltd. for undertaking R-APDRP works, power shutdown is allowed from March 2ndto 15th from 8 am to 12 noon & 1 pm to 5 pm (4hour shut down on alternate DTs).

Whereas Bari Brahmana Industrial Area and Karthuli Industrial Area shall be remain under shutdown from March 2nd to 15th from 8 am 5 pm only on Sundays.
Similarly in order to carry out various works to be carried out by M/s IRCON International Ltd. for undertaking R-APDRP works for LT Networks and 33 KV line, power shutdown is allowed from March 3rd to 15th (except March 7th) from 9 am to 5 pm (4hour shut down on alternate DT).
The areas to be affected during the shutdown period shall be Krishana Nagar, Dogra Mohalla, Science College, Shiv Mandir, Near Commerce College, Canal Road, Science College, Fisheries Deptt. Meanwhile, for execution of works of 33 KV network lines for undertaking R-APDRP works, power shutdown is allowed on March 6th, 9th and 13th from 10 am to 5 pm. The area affected shall be Dogra Hall, Rehari, Ustad Mohalla, Resham Ghar Colony, Bus Stand, Jewel, Hari Market, Raghunath Bazar, Kaleeth Mohalla, Kaleeth Market, Part of Kanak Mandi and adjoining areas.
Similarly in order to carry out the realignment of 33 KV Nandpur Line due to widening of road near R/stn Nandpur, replacement of 11 KV bus bar, overhauling of 33 KV Breaker, Tightening of clamps and Jumpers at R/stn Nandpur, the shutdown of 33 KV Nandpur Line emanating from 132/33 Grid staion Bishnah (Lalyana) is allowed on March 3rd and 4th from 10 am to 4 pm. Areas affected during the shutdown shall be Nandpur, Abtal, BSF Chamlayal, Ramgarh Town and its adjoining areas.
Meanwhile in order to carry out the branch cutting and Tightening of loose conductor and jumpers, the shutdown of 33 KV Old Kartholi Line emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station BB-I is allowed on March 6th from 9 am to 3 pm and the areas affected shall be Smailpur, Gurha, Raya, Mandal and its adjoining areas. Similarly in order to carry out the development works by M/s IRCON under R-APDRP works, 11 KV Feeder TPN-4 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/stn Transport Nagar shall remain under shut down on March 4th, 7th and 9th from 10 am to 4 pm. Areas affected during the shutdown shall be Narwal Mandi and its adjoining areas. The shutdown is subject to fair weather conditions. |
