Sources within the sports council shared that the secretary, JK State sports council has issued order for the transfer of the Manager stadium on arbitrary decision without the consent of the Standing committee. Sources added that the secretary of the sports council made the transfer in order to give an undue favor to his blue eyed Sports officer against whom an investigation is going on being accused of mismanaging funds in the name of refreshments to the players.
