JAMMU, Oct 31: An arrogant leader who happens to be the son of a veteran party stalwart is causing cracks in Kathuaunit of Congress party. The suffocated leaders are considering to quit, it has been learnt.
The leader, who has become very close to Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir, had managed a ticket in 2014 assembly elections from a seat of Kathua district, had failed to save even his deposit but still he is behaving like a dictator.
