Jammu, June 9: Employees Association, J&K State Board of School Education, Jammu today held a meeting under the stewardship of Rajesh Choudhary, President of the Association here outside BOSE Complex Rehari Colony, Jammu. In the meeting several issued related to employees, organization and other stakeholders of the Board were discussed threadbare including appointment of full-fledged Chairman and Secretary in J&K BOSE, departmental promotions of employees for various cadres, implementation of transparent Transfer Policy in BOSE, restoration of Risk Allowance to the employees of BOSE, regularization of those daily wagers/consolidated workers who have completed their seven years satisfactory service, implementation of new Recruitment and Promotion Rules for the employees of BOSE, purchase of Land/buildings for the Sub/Branch offices, recovery of amount (in crores) which is lying with the Education Department on account of supply of textbooks, appointment of permanent Junior Assistants in BOSE for which advertisement has already been issued since long among other issues. |
