VOJ books former BDO Gandoh for fictitious payments under MGNREGA 6/10/2015 12:06:24 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, June 9: The Vigilance Organization Jammu (VOJ) has booked the then BDO Gandoh, the then Technical Assistant, the then Gram Rozgar Sahayak, the then Sarpanch, the then Naib Sarpanch, the then Secretary Panchayat and others officers/officials of Block Gandoh for allegedly making fictitious payments under MGNREGA scheme. The BDO Haroon Rashid, Technical Assistant Mohd Aslam, Gram Rozgar Sahayak Choudhary Iqhlaq Ahmed, Sarpanch MA Sheikh, Naib Sarpanch Barkat Ali, Secretary Panchayat and others officers/officials of Block Gandoh were booked by Vigilance Organization in case FIR No.25/2015 u/s 5(1) (d) r/w Section 5(2) PC Act 2006 BK and 120-B, 420, 467, 468 471 RPC registered in P/S VOJ on the allegations for having made fictitious payments under MGNREGA scheme in Ward No 1 and 2 of Panchayat Halqa Gurrekrah, Block Gandoh, District Doda against un-executed/partially executed works during the financial year 2012-13 and 2013-14 respectively.
