BJP Mahila Morcha felicitates newly elected President Purnima Sharma

Jammu, June 10: To felicitate their newly elected President, State Unit of Bharatiya Janata Mahila Morcha organized an impressive program at Om Palace, Shakti Nagar where hundreds of female activists of party participated and showed their enthusiasm after their newly elected President Purnima Sharma was felicitated by Senior Leaders of BJP. State President BJP and MP Jammu-Poonch Jugal Kishore Sharma was the Chief Guest on the occasion. State General Secretary (Org.) BJP Ashok Koul, Minister of Industries and Commerce Chander Parkash Ganga, Minister of State for Education Priya Sethi, State General Secretary Narinder Singh, MLA Nowshera Ravinder Raina were among among the senior leaders of the party present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Jugal Kishore Sharma congratulated Purnima Sharma on his election as Mahila Morcha President and said that the ladies wing of the party played a very crucial role in winning both Parliamentary and Assembly election in the State.
Purnima Sharma thanked the Central and State leadership of the party and assured them that Mahila Morcha has always been a source of inspiration for women across the nation and the legacy which she has gained from past presidents of Mahila Morcha will be continued in the best possible way so that the organization could be benefitted in the future and every assignment of the party will be done by women activists in a well coordinated way.
Priya Sethi congratulated Purnima Sharma on his election and said that any organizational work which the high command bestowed on Mahila Morcha during her tenure as President was completed by the female activists will full team work and coordination and he expected that the new President will also work in a well designed way where the cadre should not be ignored and every activist of the party should be taken together by the President in order to strengthen the organization in the coming days.
National Executive Member Suresh Jamwal, State Vice President BJP Sakina Bano, State Vice President Usha Choudhary, General Secretaries of Mahila Morcha Anuradha charak & Anju Balgotia, Secretary Rajni Sethi, Secretary Mamta Singh, Pushpa Wazir, Sangeeta Gupta, Sunita Gupta, Sonia Gupta were among the prominent female activists of the party present on the occasion.
