Bootlegger nabbed with illicit liquor 6/10/2015 12:44:46 AM Early Times Report rajouri, June 9: Police today recovered 95 cans of beer 500 ml each from a vehicle being smuggled from Rajouri to Keri for sale in the remote areas. Sources in police said that under the supervision of inspector SHO Rajouri Yashpal Singh, a police party from Chingus police Post headed by Sub Inspector Mohd Kabir laid a police naka against anti-social elements at Gala Chatiyar on Jammu-Poonch highway. During frisking of the vehicles, police intercepted a Maruti Van. The van was stopped by the police and during checking police recovered the consignment of beer hidden under seats in the boxes. The driver identified as Bitu Kumar son of Sita Ram of Agratic, was arrested as he couldn't produce required documents.
