Bakra Murder case: Court issues arrest warrants against SHO Trikuta Nagar 6/10/2015 11:42:53 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 10: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu R S Jain in a much publicized Bakra Murder case issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Inspector Naveen Angral SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar and also Investigating Officer of case. While issuing warrants against SHO Trikuta Nagar, Court after minutely going through the orders passed by the Court observed that it is apparent that Investigating Officer (I/O) has intentionally not appeared in the Court and Public Prosecutor submits warrants of arrest be issued against IO and whereas Special Public Prosecutor submits that his salary be stopped. Court after hearing both the sides observed that stopping of salary at this stage is not be considered, however non-bailable arrest warrants against Inspector Naveen Anral was issued and directed that warrants of arrest to be executed through the SSP or Officiating SP Jammu and directed to produce IO on June 12, as the case is got delayed due to the attitude of police agency.
