Second FIR filed against fraudster at Ramnager 12/13/2016 10:48:10 PM Ashwani Sharma Early Times Report Udhampur, Dec 13: Another FIR has been filed against one Dina Nath for duping gullible villagers in Chenani and Ramnagar in Udhampur district in lieu of absorbing them in government jobs in different departments. According to the sources Dina Nath who already had got arrested by Chenani Police some days ago u/s 376, another case stand registered against the accused just two days ago against Dina Nath following a complaint of one Babu Ram at Ramnager Police Station. A case stands registered under FiR no 153/2016 u/s 42, 468, 474 RPC at Police Station Ramnagar. Besides Babu Ram, another local Sham Lal told Early Times that Dina Nath was running education training institutes at Chenani, Latti, Ramnager and other remote areas and during the during training institutes he used to lure gullible villagers towards government jobs and ensured that he can procure jobs to them in different government departments and allegedly has collected huge money from the peoples looking government jobs. They also alleged that he (accused) also has issued fake diploma to the students and also issued the fake joining/appointment letters to aspirants who gave him money for the ensured job. Local alleged that Dina Nath was allegedly running the similar racket in different areas some years ago and reportedly had received approximately 20 lakhs from the innocent peoples of the remote area in pretext of ensuring government jobs to them SHO Police Station Chenani, Mahesh Sharma said that the accused Dina Nath prtesently is under police custody at Police Station Chenani. He added that many complaints are pouring against him alleging frauds.
