Jammu, Dec 13 : The crime branch of police today filed fifth chargesheet in ETT scam in the court of special judge anti-corruption, Jammu, against eight accused. The accused included Janak Raj Bharti, son of Om Parkash of Jakhbar, Kathua, promoter of Jammu Educational Society (ETT Institute), Kathua, Udhay Bhanu Chib, son of Hari Singh of Paloura, promoter of J B S Institute of ETT, Barnai, Ravi Kumar Gupta, son of C B.Gupta of Kanji House, promoter of Shankaracharya ETT institute, Jammu, the promoter of ACE Human Resource Development Institute of Education, Jammu, promoter of Baba Dharam Chand ETT Institute, Jammu, promoter of Jai Jagdambay ETT and RI, Kathua, promoter of Surabhi ETT Institute, Kathua, and Dr Shiekh Bashir Ahmed, son of Miyan Mohammad Sultan of Pahilipora Safapora, Ganderbal, then Director Academics and Secretary, BOSE, Jammu (now retired). All of them are booked under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of RPC read with section 5(2) of PC Act for the session 2007-2009. Investigation of the case with regard to the remaining three sessions 2008-2010, 2009-2011 and 2011-2013 is going on. Moreover, departmental action was recommended against Nazir Ahmed Choudhary, son of Haji Fakar Din of Sainik Colony, a trustee of Maloofa Educational Trust.(JNF)
