Two top Ministers who should have been present in the Assembly to attend the Autumn session reportedly left for London earlier this week. Sources told Early Times that two Ministers holding important portfolios without caring about the Assembly session left for a foreign trip the expenses of which, according to the sources, would be borne by the State exchequer. "There are many questions pertaining to the ministries of both the mantris which need to be answered. Both the Ministers have asked their staff members to reply to the queries raised by the legislators," sources added. They said, both the Ministers have directed their staff not to answer the controversial questions and remain silent over the crucial issues.
