Non-local students contest claims of normalcy in campus | NIT row | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 12: The handler of NIT row on behalf of State Government has once against exposed himself to faux pas for restoring normalcy and shattered confidence of outstation students punished for upholding nationalism vis-a-vis those denigrated national flag in the campus.
While on one of live National TV shows, the aggrieved non-local students of National Institute of Technology Srinagar and their wards falsified the claims of Nirmal Singh, Deputy Chief Minister, saying that what were the solid grounds which prompted him to say that normalcy would be limping back fast in NIT when students continue to be on constant dharna and section 144 still in force within the NIT campus with frightened non local students leaving NIT in a huff fearing insecurity there.

srinagar, Apr 12: Ali Mohammad Sagar, senior Minister in the previous National Conference-Congress coalition regime, and the State Congress chief GA Mir, who was Tourism Minister in the coalition regime, are likely to face probe in a ropeway project which cost Rs 10 crore but has been closed after being declared unsafe.
Sources revealed that a probe is being launched over the reasons behind the usage of unsafe material in the Makhdoom Sahab ropeway project.

JAMMU, Apr 12: Mining workers across the region are finding it hard to live on after the March 31, 2016 government ban on excavation of minor minerals like sand and gravel from rivers. They are the primary targets of the ban and have started suffering due to lack of food because they are virtually left with no money to feed their families.
