Jammu, Sept 12: The foundation stone laying ceremony of Jambu Zoo (Shivalik Biological Park) at Khanpur in Nagrota on Saturday, saw presence of former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Basohli, Kanta Andotra, which have raised the eyebrows in every quarter but not of the officials of Forest department as none of them dared to raise finger over her presence and her addressing the gathering.
Pertinently, Minister for Forests, Ecology and Environment, Choudhary Lal Singh today laid foundation stone of Jambu Zoo (Shivalik Biological Park) at Khanpur in Nagrota, which shall be completed within two years over 5000 kanals of Wild Life Department's land at an estimated cost of Rs. 120 crore.
