JAMMU, June 6: Not content with their senseless and communally-motivated opposition to the Holy Amarnath annual yatra, the fanatics in Kashmir have now joined hands against the scheduled Abhinav Gupt yatra. Fanatics like Dukhataran-e-Milat, Nayeem Khan and many of their ilk have denounced the Abhinav Gupta yatra as a cultural aggression on Kashmir and even questioned the very existence of Abhinav Gupt cave in the Beerwah area of Kashmir.
A Delhi based organization Acharya Abhinav Gupt Sheeshadri Samroh Samiti is organizing a yatra to Abhinav Gupta Cave on June 11, 2016.
Dukhataran-e-Milat, a pro-Pak fundamentalist organization has said that the Government of India was misusing religious sentiments to satisfy political motives. JAMMU, June 6: A senior Congress leader has disappointed the minorities in Jammu and Kashmir and virtually rejected the demand of non-state subject ex-soldiers for establishment of Sainik Colony in the Valley.
It was expected that the Congress would say a word of sympathy for the minorities in the state and also conciliate the alienated ex-soldiers by saying that they were state subjects and it was their right to have colonies for them in Kashmir like they have colonies in other parts of the country. JAMMU, June 6: An IPS officer has become so desperate to get posted as district SP in Jammu region that he called on a BJP minister in the recent past and spent over an hour with him, seeking favours.

On Saturday, the JKLF slapped a police officer near Budshah Chowk when police stopped him to proceed along with party workers to Lal Chowk.
