Early Times Report JAMMU, June 16: On Wednesday, PDP president and J&K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti made a very significant comment in Jammu while addressing the gathering during signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Jammu Development Authority (JDA) and Sabarmati River Front Development Corporation Limited (SRFDCL) in Jammu. She showered all praises on the people of Jammu province but regretted that Jammu lacked leadership, "Jammuites are secular, but they, unlike Kashmir, lacked leadership. Jammu didn't produce any leader who could fulfill the aspirations of the people of Jammu province. There was some dearth of leaders in Jammu, who could rightly project the demands of the people of the region at the state and national levels," she said.
