Jammu, July 1: As BJP MLAs tried to save some grace and gain of the party while opposing tooth and nail passage of the bill preventing transfer of land on power of attorney to non-state subjects, three key ministers chose to stay away from the House. Their absence was conspicuous for the BJP members who resisted the bill vehemently while all senior ministers of PDP defended it. Jammu, July 1: The recent list of selected Assistant Professors in Physics subject, issued by Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC), has cast serious aspersions on the ratio of selected candidates from Kashmir as against their counter parts in Jammu.
A cursory look at the selection list has found that 73 percent selected candidates are from Kashmir province against only27 percent from Jammu province.
