ANANTNAG, May 16: In a shocking diktat, the Mufti-led collation government has asked schools heads to collect funds from the poor students for repairing the school buildings which were damaged in last year's floods.
The diktat has come from the Education minister Syed Naeem Akhtar Andrabi, directing school principals in south Kashmir to charge extra Rs 500 from the poor students for repairing the school buildings.
