Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 26: The MoS Finance Pawan Gupta on Monday admitted that he is not aware about the issues pertaining to the Central assistance for the Jammu and Kashmir. Talking to Early Times over phone Gupta said, "Since the day I have taken over as the MoS Finance I have never been taken into the confidence about the issues pertaining to the Central assistance for the Jammu and Kashmir. I can say that my senior Minister alone deals with the Centre over the economic issues of the State. I am not at all involved in what is transpiring between him and New Delhi." The MoS Finance exuded hope that Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his forthcoming visit to the State would announce a special economic package for the development of the State.
