Sources told Early Times that some of the blue eyed medical officers of Health and Family Welfare department included Dr Anjum Mirza, who is on serial number 775 in the seniority list but has been appointed as Medical Superintendent Rajiv Gandhi Leprosy Hospital Jammu. Dr. Anjum Mirza was close to former Health Minister Shabir Khan, who went out of way to give him a plum posting.

Earlier he was posted as In-charge Superintendent Sarwal Hospital and was later posted as Nodal Officer, only due to his close political links.
