Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 14: Last Saturday, Public Opinion Forum (POF) organized seminar at the Jammu Press Club on the theme "Understanding Article 370". It was well-attended event. Those who spoke on Article 370 included three former Jammu University Professors (Hari Om, SK Sharma and Virender Gupta), former member of J&K Public Service Commission (KB Jandial) and a business leader (Anil Suri). The event got good coverage. The general consensus was that Article 370 had, instead of benefiting the State and the people, only created complications and added to the woes of all sections of society and that it was time to do away with it. It was also asserted by one and all that the accession of the State with India was final and irrevocable and those who termed this Article a "bridge between the State and the rest of the country" simply represented a vested interest and those wanted to get J&K out of India in the name of religion.
